Kazuya is 190cm tall and he weighs 45k. A fairly short but well-built individual with a mess of curled around silvery white hair that doesn't pass his shoulders in its length even when straightened and forced to maintain some shape. Normally the hair remains straight and sways with movement. Unlike many shinobi he prefers to wear his headband wrapped around his hand or arm, serving as a sort of knuckle-guard that also displays his village association. This does not mean or imply that he attempts to hide his symbol only that he has a unique fashion of wearing it that is not shared by any others in Konoha as far as he remains aware, despite some commentary that it was abnormal. The man's amethyst coloured eyes. He prefers too wear thin-cloth bandannas over his eye or, when on official business, a modified headband with a less refractive metal band that allows him to peer through it one-way. This is naturally much more fragile than normal so he very rarely equips this band. Kazuya wears three silver earrings on his left ear (top) and 2 on his right (bottom). His ears are small and almost always covered up so they are rarely seen. He has very little else occupying his head or face beyond the occasionally worn cloak or shroud with an attached hood, often used in poor weather or when not wanting to draw attention. The shinobi's normal attire consists of a vest and red tie exposed from under his black jacket. that as well as a pair of black slacks. Kazuya's skin is a fairly light shade but not abnormally so, causing. Most of his equipment is kept under his jacket to maintain a professional air but also to allow him to be a functional warrior when the time calls for it.

Personality: Kazuya is generally a composed ninja, though occasionally he can act with coldness and hostility sometimes. Kazuya is a gentle person though appears otherwise. Due to his childhood, he builds barriers around himself rather than opening up to Taiga when they first got to know each other. Yet despite this, he has a kind heart, longs to protect his teammates and will never betray the one he holds dear (Yukia).

As a child, Kazuya was a quiet and gentle boy, to the limit where Blood questioned whether or not he was even capable of being a true ninja. Kazuya is a tsundere ninja, he sports a scary aura that makes most of the students wary of him. However, his innate nature is to protect his teammates, and his cold attitude towards those he loves is likely to push them away and keep everyone at a distance. He also happens to be a stickler for details, as he doesn't consider himself as an adopted son of Hwoarang's family with Yukia. Sometimes when people mess with him or take him on like a baby, Kazuya will grab his opponent and squeeze him like a teddy bear.

Kazuya acts like the boss around kids younger than him. He will do things like tell them to shut up or put a Genjutsu on them so they wont be able to get out of it. When he is with adults, Kazuya will ask them if they are retired ninja's. If they are he will know the he does not stand a chance against them but if there not he will walk away saying behind his breath "I am 7 years old and I am stronger than a 50 year old, classic *laughs*". When Kazuya is around his comrades, he with always are them for a battle because he is very competitive. Last but certainly not least, when he is around the Kage, Kazuya will be repectful to him/her and always kindly request for a mission because the more the missions, the fast I will become a Jonin.

When Kazuya is battle he like to wait for the opponent to come rather then him going to the opponent. Hydra often uses his Taijutsu unless the opponent is a Genjutsu type. If the opponent is a genjutsu type of Ninja, Hydra uses sneak up attacks so he does not get caught in the Jutsu.

Likes:
His Comrades because he believe that he needs to protect them at all times and will never let them leave on a mission alone and they respect him.
The Kages because he knows that if he asks politely, they will let him go on missions and same with his Comrades, they respect him.
Fighting people because when he fights people, he gets stronger and gets closer to ranking up everytime he fights.
Doing Missions because when he does missions he knows that the Kage will give him a chance to become Genin, to Chuunin and so on.
Exams because when he does Exams, if he passes he Ranks up and when he ranks up, he does harder missions.

When one fully masters Katon Jutsu, the Uchiha finally accept them as adults, so these Katon jutsu are essentially a rite passage for members of the clan; because of this, all members must have fire as their main element. -Tertiary: Physical appearance Members of the Uchiha clan tend to have slick, black hair, which they normally keep in a long fashion which is often seen as handsome, or good looking; on top of this, their eyes are deep set and slanted, making them look sinister even when they aren't attempting to. Being an elite clan, the members of the Uchiha are often pushed to do better, and as a result of this, they have lean bodies and muscular frames.

The Kekkei Genkai of the Uchiha is one of the most unique in the whole Shinobi world; this doujutsu is revered to be one of the most powerful, and members of this clan truly are the cream of the elite. They have a mastery of numerous jutsu, and often are highly skilled in 2 of the main three principles of jutsu. All members of the Uchiha clan posses the widely renowned trait specific to their clan, the Sharningan. This eye has numerous different stages, and depending on the skill of the user, carious different effects; when the Sharningan is activated, the user's eyes will change from their normal color to red, which envelops the entire eye. Depending on the level of the sharningan, black tomoes will appear on the eye, making a pattern.

It gives a clan member 2 additional jutsu copy slots and allows visual genjutsu of rank S or lower to be dispelled instantly, without any chakra cost or a need for a special technique, as well as another bonus to strength and agility, increasing them by 30%% while active, and 15% base bonus (meaning while sharingan is inactive) and a 50cp bonus to the users chakra pool. It also makes them immune to Tsukuyomi. However, such power comes at a price: once an Uchiha starts using the Mangekyo, their eyesight begins to deteriorate, faster with each use of a Mangekyo technique, until they turn blind. Whenever the user receives a fatal injury, he or she automatically fades away as though they were an illusion all along and then returns back to reality; physically real and unscathed. However, once triggered, these effects only last for ten seconds before the Uchiha turns completely blind even if they could see perfectly beforehand. Tsukuyomi was the second of the "three noble children" born when Izanagi, the god who created the first land, Onogoro-shima, was cleansing himself of his sins while bathing himself after escaping the underworld and the clutches of his enraged dead wife, Izanami. Tsukuyomi was born when Izanagi washed out of his right eye. Tsukuyomi is easily the strongest genjutsu in existence, which is used by the left Mangekyo eye. It is activated by making eye contact with the target. Doing so will put them into an inescapable genjutsu that is controlled completely by the user. This technique only lasts for a second in reality, but for the victim, it can last weeks, during which the user may do whatever they wish to them. All three were spawned from Izanagi, when he washed his face clean of the pollutants of Yomi, the underworld. Amaterasu was born when Izanagi washed out his left eye, Tsukuyomi was born from the washing of the right eye, and Susanoo from the washing of the nose. Likely the strongest technique in existence, Susanoo is used by both Mangekyo eyes and summons a massive ghostly creature. Her name, Amaterasu, means literally "(that which) illuminates Heaven". She was born from the left eye of Izanagi as he purified himself in a river and went on to become the ruler of the Higher Celestial Plain. Amaterasu is a powerful technique which is used by the right Mangekyo eye. It creates a powerful black flame, one that can burn anything and everything the user set their eyes on. It takes a few moments to manifest, which is the only way for someone to escape being turned to ash. The only thing that can put out these flames is the user themselves or another Uchiha with the technique. Amaterasu puts a heavy strain on the user and costs a lot of chakra, so its use is very limited. The flames of Amaterasu are said to burn for seven days and nights straight. The Uchiha clan descended from the elder of the two sons of the Sage of the Six Paths. The elder brother inherited the Sage's "eyes", powerful chakra and spiritual abilities. When it came time for the Sage to choose a successor, he questioned the two on what course of action they would follow to bring order to the world. The elder believed that power was the way to bring peace, while the younger believed love was the way. The Sage favoured the ideal of the younger brother, and therefore designated the younger as his successor, causing the elder to be filled with jealousy and hate. From this hate came what Tobi calls the Curse of Hatred (憎しみの呪い, Nikushimi no Noroi). From the younger son descended the Senju clan who would be the eternal rivals of the Uchiha. Before the founding of the ninja villages, the Uchiha were one of the many mercenary clans for hire. Because of their Sharingan, the Uchiha clan came to be known as one of the two strongest clans, the other being the Senju clan. Madara Uchiha was particularly powerful, and, upon attaining the Mangekyō Sharingan, he took control of the clan. Under his leadership the Uchiha grew stronger, conquering whatever clans they came upon, such that, whenever the Uchiha clan was hired for a job, the opposing side would hire the Senju, and vice versa.

Name of Jutsu: Katon: Gamayu Endan Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: Close - Mid Description: This Jutsu requires the Katon element to be used. After performing a short string of handseals, the user masses chakra-infused oil into their mouth, before they spit out the liquid and ignite it, creating a large ball of flame, similar to a bullet of flame. Chakra: 11 Name of Jutsu: Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: Close - Mid Description: This Jutsu requires the Katon element. The user must first perform a string of hand seals, before massing chakra into their chest and drawing a very large breath; when they have done this, they make a large exhalation, causing a large plume of flame to ignite in a spherical shape infront of them. Chakra: 13 Name of Jutsu: Ryuuka no Jutsu - Dragon Fire Technique Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: Mid - Long Description: This Jutsu requires the Katon element. The user must first perform a short string of handseals, before placing their hand on a cord, string, wire, vine, branch, or other long, flammable object; by concentrating the users chakra into the cord/string etc, the object will catch fire, and the fire will run toward the target in a line like fashion. The flames can singe and burn, as well as set fire to the target. Chakra: 15 Name of Jutsu: Housenka no Jutsu Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: Close - Mid - Long Description: This Jutsu requires the Katon element. The user must first perform a short string of hand seals, before inhaling a large breath and massing their chakra in their chest; when this is complete, the user emits a barrage of small fireballs, nearly twenty individual flames in total. Projectiles can be concealed within these flames, meaning if the flames were to be doused, these concealed weapons could still present a threat. Chakra: 14 Name of Jutsu: Fire style: Rending Flames Rank: D-C Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: Mid (5-10 Metres) Description: The user gathers fire in his or her palm and after a few moments of preparation they can throw or shoot the fire. It normally takes the form of a small fireball but if the user creates fire in each palm they can fuse them together forming a larger fireball that will travel faster. The fireball will cause burns that are minor but still painful but can be also be serious. It will startle the opponent with its heat and normally leave cloths and armour smoking. When combined with the other hand the fireball can cause burns that would be painful. The fireballs travel as fast as the Gōkakyū no Jutsu. Once the correct handsigns have been done the user clenches their fist and opens it again for the fireball to spark into life. If the user has fireballs in each palm bringing them together and fusing them would take three seconds. Chakra: 13 Name of Jutsu[/b]: Gouryuuka no Jutsu - Great Dragon Fire Technique Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: Close - Mid - Long Description: This Jutsu requires the Katon element. The user must first perform a short string of handseals, before inhaling a large breath and massing their chakra in their chest; when this is complete, the user emits the chakra from their mouth, and it takes the shape of two, large, dragon heads. These heads of flame will move toward the target with tremendous speed, and have a very high temperature, meaning they can quite badly burn those they directly impact with. Chakra: 16 Name of Jutsu[/b]: Karyuu Endan - Fire Dragon Flame Projectile Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Element: Katon Range: Close - Mid - Long Description: This Jutsu requires the Katon element. The user must first perform a short string of handseals, before inhaling a large breath and massing their chakra in their chest; when this is complete, the user emits chakra from their mouth, causing a large dragon-like flame to appear. This Dragon will move toward the target with a tremendous speed, and if the target were to dodge, then the dragon could be controlled and moved by the user. The user first performs a short string of handseals, before slamming the palm of their hand into the ground; this will send their chakra running through the ground in the direction of their choosing. The Chakra will move toward the target nearly as soon as it is let loose, and the electricity will be unleashed from underneath. The shape of the bolt is a triangle with the base in the direction of the user and the tip headed towards the target. It causes devastating destruction on the earth around it; if you were to be caught in the jutsu's range, not only would the ground underneath you begin to crumble and crack, you would most likely be caught in the bolts of lightning, which would cause a fair amount of damage, and paralyze the target for a short duration (1 post). Chakra: 16 Name of Jutsu: Raiton: Gian Rank: A Type: Ninjutsu Element: Raiton Range: Short - Mid - Long Description: After performing a short string of hand seals, the user emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their mouth, which then pierces the enemy. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a good killing potential, if it were to land a solid blow on a stationary target in a vital spot. The Jutsu can be 'directed' slightly, but it cannot make sharp turns, for instance, U turns and 90 degree turns wouldn't be possible. Chakra: 28

They are used for stabbing your opponent and can cause different amounts of damage depending on how skilled the user is. Kunais can also be used as projectile weapons and have often been thrown at the opponent normally with an explosive tag attached. Abilities: N/A Name: Shuriken Type: Supplementary Rank: E Description: A standard ninja tool which are used by nearly all Shinobi throughout most of their career; also called throwing stars, these weapons have four sharp spokes, in a similar fashion to a star, with a ring in the middle for holding onto the Shuriken. They can be thrown at enemies, and make good weapons, however basic they seem. Abilities: N/A Name: Senbon Type: Supplementary, Medical Rank: E Description: More commonly used for medical surgery, these Senbon, or acupuncture needles, are sharp, long needles used for precision throwing or operating on a patient. • Birth Arc

*Kazuya’s childhood was nothing but ordinary. He lived with his mother and father; two lovely people that surprisingly, genuinely loved each other. His mother was a seamstress in their village, and his father, Hwoarang was a Jonin for Konoha. Both of his parents were honorable, well-liked people. They did nothing wrong in the eyes of their government, and were attentive, doting parents to their children of five. Having grown up somewhat in the middle of the pack (exactly the middle child, actually), Kazuya had never found himself lacking in love or attention from his family. They all loved one another, and in their little cottage just outside of the village, they lived quite happily. With four bedrooms, including the master, Kazuya grew up in a very close and intimate environment with his three sisters and one brother. Occasionally, when he looks back at his upbringing, he thinks that the feminine influence that nearly choked him as a child would have allowed him to gain a better respect for other women, or people in general.

• Academy Arc

	*He was a very studious boy and focused most of his time on his studies, however, he constantly faced obstacles whenever it came to weaponry. Recognizing the fact that he had none to nearly no talent in those two fields, Kazuya instead focused on the aspects that he had a greater strength in – Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. After barely passing in his weaker fields, Sebastian soon became a genin. [i]

• Genin Arc

*[i]As a genin, our hero soon began to face adversity. After being placed on a team of 3 with other children who had been in his graduation class, Kazuya began to realize what it was like to be bullied. One of his male teammates found the fact that he could hardly use weapons hilarious and found extreme pleasure in invoking his weakness. Whenever they sparred, if Kazuya was gaining a slight upper hand, the boy would use a weapon that Sebastian wouldn’t be able to stop. This left the ebony-haired boy shaken and insecure. From these incidences, Kazuya slowly built a resistance to ignominy, causing him to become indifferent to anything that partially hurt him. This indifference, or aloofness, soon set him apart from others; isolating him. Sebastian then began to reinvent himself again, recognizing that he couldn’t pull away from others in case there ever became a need for support. Instead, he pulled on a charming mask and wore it like it was his forever, optimistic, albeit slightly nonsensical self. This “creation” of his, has stayed in place since, allowing Kazuya to float around multiple groups of people and listen to conversations without arousing suspicion. Only a few perceive the intelligence hidden behind his hooded eyes. Sebastian eventually became very capable with both taijutsu and weaponry, which allowed him to cover his weaknesses. He focused more on speed and stealth, knowing that he would have to play to the element of surprise for him to be successful in most dangerous situations. His keen thinking and protection of himself while he competed in the Chuunin Exams was what, ultimately, lead to him passing and successfully becoming a Chuunin.

• Chuunin Arc

*After completing the Chuunin Exams, Sebastian spent a lot of his time working with his strengths and perfecting his Keen Eye. In most missions he was assigned to, Sebastian was deemed the ‘sharp-shooter’ and spent most of his time, hiding his chakra and picking off rouge nin one by one. His skill with accuracy aside, the Chuunin decided he wanted to expand his arsenal of weaponry from just the most basic of knives and needles and began training with Kusari; the art of chain-wielding.[i]

• Jonin Arc

*[i]Having spent many years perfecting the art of kusari, Sebastian eventually was tested for the rank of Jounin. Just like every other test he passed, Sebastian was graded averagely, but with an impressed audience for his weapon wielding and physical attack patterns. From here, Sebastian felt content in his position and has now only strived to perfect more weaponry skills. He finished his training with close-combat weapons such as punch daggers, brass knuckles, etc. and now he finds himself interested in reaching higher to heighten his Keen Eye, Stealth, and Speed.[i]

*[i]The night was beyond quiet, the mounds of dirt lay still, their usual boundless chatter of how the earth moved and swayed, making them feel sick silenced by something unpredictable. The comfort of trees and cover lay barren in the area of nothing but worn out gravel paths and secret trails. It was different to be in this country, where secrecy was so important and yet nothing was hidden. It provided a challenge for the young man, who made her living by sneaking through the shadows and slinking away from trouble only she could stir up. A strong wind blew through the air, whistling in his ears and sending the thick layers of cloth up and around her, the fabric dancing to an unknown rhythm. It swayed forth, its movements crazy and unkempt before suddenly it settled down once again and the quiet was fully restored. Kazuya had learned to walk without sound long ago when she was young and just learning how to survive on the streets. His family was filled with disappointments and other strong members who nosed into anything they could get their hands on. They were rats in her eyes, people who needed reassurance and one another to survive. It did not matter that she was born from their genes and created by the people she despised most because this man, gifted with silvery coloured hair was now powerful. Unlike his family who strove to be known and heard of, this man wanted nothing of the sort, and yet here she was, basking in the glory that he really didn't want. Grinning impishly, he continued his long and tiring journey to the shops near the Black market, where all the big sales were taken care of. It wasn't usual for such a huge gathering of illegal criminals to gather together and create a spot in the most secluded parts of Oto, but they were the best and settled for nothing less than danger. It was always fun to watch as the shinobi who found their hideout, those who were "pure of heart" and trustworthy to their villages do. Some ran to tell their Kage; but of course they didn't get too far and the others stuck around for the thrill ride. Anything that was illegal or highly guarded could be found in the Bazaar of danger. This was different of course. These people were on the same level as him and although some came onto his person, most knew and feared the guy who specialized in ninjutsu. He was an odd character that struck fear and awe while hitting one chord, but it was a puzzle; a mystery that everyone wanted to unravel. They thought she was something different; deep, a person who hid behind such a gravelly personality, but what she was, and what she did was something that reflected WHO SHE WAS. This woman, whose golden eyes seemed to constantly be scheming, acted and reacted to reflect who he was. There was nothing about himself that he was ashamed of. He was a businessman who was here to do nothing but work. Opening the door to the shop, Kazuya entered loudly, notifying his most trusted acquaintance that he had arrived. It wasn't too often that he stopped by to check on her stocks and money, but having been in the neighbourhood, the man decided it was for the best and quickly changed his direction. Letting out a sigh as the familiar heat hit her visible features, he removed his hood and watched as his companion immediately escaped the heavy mounds of clothing and slithered off towards the fireplace. Settling down, it stopped moving, gathering the warm into itself for later use. "Good boy," he murmured, rubbing the crest of his head before returning to her full height. "It's been a while, Blood." "Hello, Kazuya." He smiled slightly at him, moving forward to tap his shoulder lightly in a greeting. Moving as elegantly as he can, he slipped past the man, taking off his cloak to reveal another underneath. Like her reptiles, the man hated the cold, always finding himself bundling up so warmly that it was often hard to move. Tightening his buckled boots, he dumped the other cloak on a spare chair and stretched her cold muscles, letting out a sigh as they groaned and then relaxed, the blood flow making his body glow. "It's nice to be home." Giving the older man a calculated stare, he immediately went for the tea, pouring himself a cup and taking a careful sip before settling down on a cushion, his legs folded politely underneath him. From the way he acted, nothing new or important had seemed to come up but from the narrow eye'd look, Blood could tell he was not happy that he had "canceled" his date with the doctor. "I'm fine, Doctor. No headaches, migraines or blackouts. You may check my memory if it proves better for your health, Blood." He was worse than a clucking mother hen. Sighing inwardly as he touched his forehead gently, the man was about to relax his muscles when he heard the distant sound of the door opening. Eyes snapping open, he listened, counting the man's steps, feeling his weight as the floorboards moved and realized that it was off. He was walking too lightly on his feet but the movement of his, transferring his body step for step gave him a picture of a shinobi. If he was a ninja, he'd simply have to be careful. Hearing the bell ring, echoing in the smoky confines, he smiled slightly at the doctor before getting to his feet fluently. Taking a step toward the door he automatically felt the cool bodies of her pets climb up her legs and disappear underneath the bagginess of his boyish tunic. Licking his lips, he rolled her eyes as the doctor made for the door before him. It was so like him to check out the company first. Sitting himself down beside the open door but out of view, Blood crossed her legs and leaned back, listening patiently. From what he could tell, the bulky man had made it to the counter of the shop and in his gruff voice, asked what on earth the man wanted. I'll need to work on Blood's people skills... The she was beautiful, he had to admit, thinking idly to himself. She had a very powerful frame and standing at 6"7, she obviously was an intimidating fellow. There was not a single "gentle giant" bone in her body and Blood had always found that humbling to be around. She was a hard man, and no matter how ill-treated his clientele was by him, they still bought her stock because it was the best and only the best was worth such high prices. Sighing as he felt Blood begin to move toward her perhaps new client in a threatening manner, the woman grinned and stood up once again, appearing through the door in seconds. "Hello," he began,"What is it that you want?"

Since you are only choosing Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, You must REMOVE all your genjutsu moves.

You advanced element makes no sense for it to be suiton. an advanced element in my mind would be something that your primary and recessive elements combine into. I could be wrong though.

Plus if i am not mistaken. ALL of your doujutsu, being Amaterasu, Tsukyomi, Susanno. Those are all special trained jutsu. You must train those in your rp. Not in story, and they are not just handed over.
